What if I am not satisfied with Pro-Flyers Design Services?
You don't have to pay until you have approved your design, so there's no risk!
What if I have specific wording or images I'd like to include?
Simple, just email anything you'd like to include, like wording, highlights of the design or images to proflyersdesign@gmail.com.
How does it work?
Just purchase the style you'd like, flyer, brochure, postcard, etc. and buy it like you would any online purchase. If you'd like to include anything in your design, just email it to proflyersdesign@gmail.com. When the first draft is complete, we will email a proof to you. If any changes need to be made, just reply to the email with the changes. Once you have approved the design, we will send you a final email with your design. Then you will be charged.
How soon should I expect my proof?
You should receive your proof in 2 business days.
What if I have changes prior to the completion of the proof?
If you have any changes you'd like made to your design, at any point prior to the approved design, just email proflyersdesign@gmail.com
Do you do custom sizes?
Yes. Email us with the specific size you'd like and we can create it.
Can I get a quote for a custom order prior to placing the order?
Of course! Just email any specifications to proflyersdesign@gmail.com and we will get back to you with a price we hope you'll be happy with.
Can I post my design to social media?
Most designs are specific to size, therefore cannot be posted to social media. We can, however, create designs for specific social media platforms.
How many edits am I allowed prior to approval?
Up to 3 edits are included with all designs. After that you will be charged $5.00 per edit.
